West Hills Racquet and Fitness Club is interested in “keeping you doing what you love to do…”

 

Our first step is to give you a personal fitness room orientation to get you acquainted ! The weight room and cardiovascular room can be overwhelming at times.  For this reason, we have developed “Orientation Sessions” to familiarize everyone with the equipment and to answer your basic exercise questions.  These orientations consist of one 60 minute session with a trainer.  There is not a charge for this service.

Our programming includes physical fitness classes and custom designed personal training. Our outstanding staff and personalized services allow us to meet a range of physical needs. We offer a nice variety of professionally taught group exercise classes. These range from high-energy cardio classes to low-impact and strength focus that relax the mind, improve breathing and help build a more centered you.
