An employee at West Hills Racquet and Fitness Club for more than 12 years, Jolene is a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and manages the Cardiac Wellness Program. Jolene believes that fitness is attainable for all individuals, no matter where they are in their lives. Steve is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His background in sports injuries serves as the basis for most of his training methods. Depending on your goals, he will design a specific training program to maximize your workouts and help you reach your fitness potential.

Linsay Berg attended North Dakota State University and received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Linsay has been passionate about sports and fitness since childhood, and now she shares that passion with others. She enjoys helping individuals reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle through her knowledge and experience. She believes that exercise is the cure to many physical and psychological barriers. Linsay wants her clients to have fun and enjoy exercising while utilizing a variety of equipment (medicine balls, stability balls, bands, etc.). She will design an exercise program based on individual goals and capabilities to have an effective workout.
