Jody Smith
Fitness instructor and personal trainer Jody Smith has been at West Hills for 10 years. She attended Portland State University and Oregon State University graduating with a BS in psychology, and a BS in Health Sciences. She had a major emphasis during her education on Exercise Science. Jody has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2001.
She gets great enjoyment from working with clients that have a variety of exercise goals - weight loss, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning and kid fitness are some of her favorites. She also very much enjoys working with clients who are working on basic overall fitness for health and longevity. “I believe in relatively short and efficient workouts. Using a variety of equipment is an important key to sustaining a long term workout program.”
