Jolene Spear
An employee at West Hills Racquet and Fitness Club for more than 8
years, Jolene is a Fitness Instructor and she also manages the Cardiac Wellness Program. Jolene began teaching group exercise classes when her three sons were just little as a means to keep “sane”. Now, 16 years later, what started as part-time work is her passion for life! She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Southern Oregon State College, maintains ACE Group Fitness and Personal Training certifications and is YogaFit Level 4 certified. Jolene is skilled at teaching all group exercise formats, specifically yoga. Jolene believes living a healthy and well balanced life and doing things in moderation is essential to managing the stresses we all face in our daily lives and that exercise is the key!

Linsay Berg
Linsay Berg has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Health Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She enjoys helping individuals reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle through her knowledge and experience. She believes that exercise is the cure to many physical and psychological barriers. Linsay wants her clients to have fun and enjoy exercising while utilizing a variety of equipment (medicine balls, stability balls, bands, etc.). She will design an exercise program based on individual goals and capabilities to have an effective workout.

Steve Hanson, Personal Trainer
Steve is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His background in sports injuries serves as the basis for most of his training methods. Depending on your goals, he will design a specific training program to maximize your workouts and help you reach your fitness potential.
