Group Fitness Classes
At West Hills, we offer a variety of classes including Barre, Yoga, Spin, Cardio Mix, HITT, Muscle Pump, and many more. We offer our members an array of beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness. Whether you are perfecting your technique in one of our basic classes, or trying your hand at something new, you will find the perfect class that will recharge your fitness routine and take your fitness to the next level!
Our group fitness team is made up of highly trained and qualified professionals who are nationally certified. In addition some of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers and have specialty training in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Qigong, Tai Chi, Cycling, Zumba and more.
