Small Group Personal Training is Now Being Offered at West Hills!
You’ve been hearing all about the newest fitness trend; small group personal training. Now come try it out for yourself. Group size will be limited to five people. Work out with your peers while getting individualized attention from our Fitness Director Holly Howard.
Class formats will include TRX training systems, Kettle Bells, Gliding, and Motr Systems (Pilates inspired). These sessions are meant to be challenging and intense, but with the individual attention provided ALL levels are encouraged to participate. Whether you’re looking to improve your tennis game, tone-up, or take your fitness to the next level, small group personal training will get you where you want to go.
Mondays/Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm: Kettle Bells and TRX
Using the newest tools in strength and agility training, you will improve strength and endurance. Challenge yourself with a well-rounded, balanced routine, which will improve all your fitness goals in a quick amount of time.
Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 11:30am: Kettle Bells and TRX
