• Weekday reservations need to be made by 8 a.m. the day of the reservation, this includes afternoon and evening reservations. Weekend reservatons need to be made by 6 p.m. the day prior to the reservation. Staff is scheduled accordingly to these times. There is a fee if reservations are not made 2 hours in advance on weekdays. There will also be a fee for any weekend reservation made past 6 p.m. the day prior.

• Child care is not open if reservations have not been made.

• Parents are asked to drop children off on time and pick them up promptly. Bringing children in earlier than 10 minutes for their reservation time will constitute an early arrival fee. A late pick-up fee will be applied for children not picked up within 10 minutes of their reservation time.

• Cancellations need to be made 2 hours in advance. If not, a late cancellation fee will be applied. A no-show will be charged the full reservation time.

• When making reservations, please indicate the following:
  
  

  1. Children's name and ages
  2. Membership number
  3. Reservation time (in and out)
  4. Phone number
• Please be on time for reservations. A late fee will be assessed for late arrival of 10 minutes or more. Reservations are held for 10 minutes, after that they may be given to another member. If no other children are in child care, staff is permitted to leave.

• If a reservation was made on the "reservation line", wait for confirmation from child care staff. If you haven't recieved a return call, we were unable to retrieve your message. Please call again.

• Child care is $3.00 one hour, $4.50 for one and a half hours, and $6.00 for two hours.
