Our first step is to give you a personal fitness room orientation to get you acquainted with our state of the art Fitness Department. If you need individualized instruction or encouragement our certified Personal Trainers are there and willing to assist you.
Fitness-Main Floor: Cybex Strength Systems, Free Weights, and Fitness Office.
Fitness-Upper Level: PreCore Treadmills and Elliptical, Stair Steppers, Recumbent and Upright Bikes, and Group Fitness Exercise Room.
