Water aerobics is a fun class for all abilities and all ages. You do not need to know how to swim to participate. We do a combination of deep water and shallow water exercises. We use hand-held weights as well as kick boards, noodles and tubes. We work all major muscle groups, especially the core muscles (abs, glutes, thighs and back). The class meets year round as the pool is kept at a comfortable 81 degrees. It is the perfect way to rehab an injury or to balance other workouts.
